Victory Villas is a modern and exclusive hideaway which consists of five spacious 2-bedroom self-contained and fully equipped villas. The high quality villas are located within a secure, tropically landscaped compound with lots of safe space for families and couples to enjoy. The site commands views of acres of rolling mountainside, a palm fringed natural pond, tropical gardens and a large swimming pool.

Victory Villas allows you to discover life in Antigua, “the gem of the Caribbean”, with its beautiful beaches – one for each day of the year. The villas are centrally located on the southern side of the island, within easy driving to explore every corner of the island.

The villas sits amidst pastural lands with lush tropical fruit trees and flowers, its own swimming pool, a natural pond with beautiful ducks to feed, a stunning view of gently rolling hills, an overall beautiful and scenic landscape.

Short term rentals: 1 week to 3 months

• May 15th – November 15th: US$950 weekly
• November 16th – May 14th: US$1,100 weekly

Long term rentals: Over 3 months

• May 15th – November 15th: US$1,400 monthly
• November 16th – May 14th: US$1,750 monthly

Monthly rates include electricity and all other utilities, plus maid service once a week.

Specials:

• May 16th – July 15th: Family Special  US$150 per night.
• July 16 – August 31: Carnival Special US$180 per night
• September 1st – October 31st: Spirit of Independence US$150 per night

Special rates are for four persons per villa. Any additional persons are US$20 nightly. Service charge and government tax will be added.
