Tuesday, November 14, 2017 – St. John’s, Antigua:  Digicel recently cemented their commitment to the Bonnie Floyd Ministries in the presentation of the ‘Miracle of Christmas, Bringing Hope and Joy to the Children of Barbuda’, headed by Bonnie Floyd of Bonnie Floyd Ministries.

The event, slated for December 16, is set to be a fun-filled Christmas party with food, bouncy castles and a special Christmas programme for the displaced families who were living in Barbuda at the time of the recent hurricane. Each of the 310 children registered to attend the event have given their ‘wish list’ to the organisers, and Digicel has given financial support towards filling the all-important ‘Christmas list’ for the little ones.

Bonnie Floyd remarked that, “The children of Barbuda have owned my heart long before Hurricane Irma ripped their island to shreds. Although Irma swept away or destroyed all of their earthly possessions, when I look into the faces of these little blessings I see a resilient hope that looks toward the future.
