Chefs of Antigua, a show produced for ABS-TV by Joy Farrell, recently filmed at Carmichael’s for a feature that will be running on Thursday, October 22 at 6:30 pm.

The filming emphasised fine dining at its best. Chef Gregory prepared Sous Vide Spiny Lobster and Cockles, Jerk Tofu, Turmeric Broth, and Carrot Air, just for the viewers.

It's a really different and unique way to prepare lobster, interesting use of tofu in a spicy lobster flavored broth garnished with fresh zuchini, squash and organic leaves topped with carrot air.

The filming was coordinated by Restaurant Manager Clifford, Executive Chef Jean and Chef Gregory
