CARMICHAEL'S OFFERS NEW MENU AND SMALL PLATES Monday 24th November 2014
Carmichael's Restaurant now has a new menu of starters, mains and desserts as well as a new Small Plates menu for the bar.
Starters include White & Green Asparagus Salad, Ahi Tuna Tartare, Lobster Medallions and a Compressed Caprese Salad. Among the entrees are Lacquered Honey Duck Breast, Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Pancetta Pork Tenderloin Roulade, a Rabbit Duo with leg and tenderloin, Sous Vide Lobster Tail, and Braised Oxtail Ravioli.
Tempting desserts include a Fruit Pavlova, Coconut Mousse, a Chocolate Trio of Lava Cake, Truffle and White Chocolate Gelato, and Sweet Potato Apple Bread and Butter Pudding.
The Small Plates menu has six selections, including Crab Cakes, Fried Breaded Brie, Deep Fried Calamari, Coconut Shrimp, Chicken & Chorizo Skeweres and Tzatziki.
Carmichael's is open for dinner on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with a happy hour and light fare on Sunays.
