The menu features an Artichoke Veloute soup and choices of appetizers, main course and dessert, all paired with ideal wines to highlight and bring out the best in each dish. Imagine a Primal Cuts Sample entrée, including rib eye steak, rack of lamb and pork with a 2012 La Maestrelle Toscana Santa Cristina wine.
