This is an event where you can get fit, eat well, party and rest - to be enjoyed by all, because happy is healthy.

Over 40 classes are scheduled to be hosted during our wellness weekender, with instructors, set to develop all stages of fitness. U.S. Certified – Touch for Health Therapist, Dr. J. Taylor will be giving talks and conducting 15 minute private sessions, identifying those aching muscles, after a computerized body scan.

Classes begin @ 5.30am – 5.45pm   Seminar……Dr. J. Taylor   5pm – 6pm.

Classes begin @ 6.30am – 2pm  
Seminar - Dr. Taylor 2pm – 3pm
Private consultations (set in 15min increments) $EC35.00 8am – 12 noon then 1pm – 2pm  

Pon De Grill – Lime by the Pool & Prize giving ceremony 3pm – 7pm

If your idea of a great day out involves more lying by the pool soaking up the sun, then doing laps in it, you can always enjoy a day with us a Sugar Club. Enjoy the facilities, chill by the pool and enjoy lunch including beverages. Cost is US$130 per person including tax and service.
 
We're Green Globe Certified
 
In May 2011 the hotel embarked upon the extensive task of Green Globe Certification, formulated a Green Team and initiated a rigorous training and sensitization programme to obtain buy-in from the staff and other stakeholders. Focus was not just in the environmental arena, but also covering social and financial sustainability.
 
We are therefore delighted to report that following a detailed audit by Green Globe, the Resort received Green Globe Certification in October 2012.
  
Initiatives already introduced include the installation of more than forty (40) electrical and water sub meters which will give us the opportunity to fine-tune our use of these resources. The hotel has also been quick to recognize the need to recycle as much as possible and have already collected approximately 150lbs of plastic bottles over a four-week period.  Listen out for more Green Initiatives throughout 2013.

Too dry to cut the grass and need too much water to keep it green so why not try a great breakfast whilst watching the morning games! Our next monthly art exhibition hosted by Joy James and the Art at the Ridge Team will take place on Thursday 21st March. Save the date in your diary and enjoy a cultural evening enjoying locally produced art.

Saturday's will be live music night. Enjoy dinner at the Sugar Club and follow it up with entertainment from Triple Feature or Rhythm and Soul. A perfect place to bring your friends for birthdays, celebrations or just an excellent night out with the crowd.

Wednesday's- 2 4 1 Steak night is back songstress Arianne Whyte.
Friday's- Seafood night is accompanied by Rico and the 4 Play band.

Saturday's - With one of the best party bands around town and promotions on El Dorado Rum and Tsingtao Beer.

The Sugar Club is open for lunch and dinner daily, and Carmichael's is open from Monday to Saturday (bookings recommended).
 

Announcing our Valentine's Day Winners
 
Last month you may remember that we offered all Valentine's couples who dined at either Carmichael's or Sugar Club the opportunity to win and overnight stay in one of our beautiful bedrooms along with breakfast.
