Harney Motors (Ltd) and GiGi Industries Ltd. are the two latest sponsors to assist the CPTSA in the hosting of the 11th An-nual Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out, scheduled for November 24—28, 2010 at the JSC Sports Complex.
Both companies have supported this event for, at least, the past five years. Although Harney Motors and GiGi Industries have been contributing significantly to sports in Antigua/Barbuda, and in particular, the Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out, both companies have been very humble in respect of looking for any accolades for their contributions. Their main philosophy hinges on supporting sports in Antigua/Barbuda.
The CPTSA wishes through this public medium to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Harney Motors Ltd and GiGi Industries Ltd for their kind support.
The latest commitments bring the number of sponsors for the Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out to six (6) including the main sponsor, Hutchinson (Antigua) Ltd., SUBWAY, General Insurance Company Ltd and Youth Basketball Of America.
The CPTSA is seeking to raise at least $30,000.00EC to host the 11th Annual Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out. At least four (4) overseas teams have already confirmed their participation. They are Chase Collegiate (USA), Dominica, St. Lucia and Guy-ana. Other teams indicating their intentions to participate are Anguilla, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and St. Kitts.
