TALISKER WHISKY ATLANTIC CHALLENGE UPDATE
Wednesday 11th January 2017

The teams are rowing along at great pace – with teams Latitude 35 and Row for James well ahead of the fleet, and drawing into Antigua at a good speed and hoping to break the world record. Check out this video from Latitude 35 “Live” from the Atlantic Ocean, speaking briefly about upcoming weather which may affect their world record goal.

We in Antigua are keeping eyes on Facing It, with Antigua resident Wayne Johnson aboard, now currently 4th in all boats, 1st in Pure Trio Class, with just over 1200NM still to go. Listen to their recent radio interview from mid-Atlantic with English Harbour Radio.

Track the race along with us, and if you are in Antigua, don’t miss the excitement of welcoming in the teams as they come into Nelson’s Dockyard after their immense journey. Stay tuned to the Atlantic Campaigns Facebook Page for the latest updates.
