TEAM ANTIGUA-ATLANTIC ROWERS RECORD BREAKING ROW
Thursday 18th January 2018

Photo: Atlantic Campaigns

Congratulations to Eli Fuller, John Watt, Nico Pshoyos & Scott Potter who rowed their way into 2nd place in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge and into the record books with an arrival time of 30 days.

If you want to join in the dream that our valiant Team have rowed for and be a part of the Marine Park project, all you have to do is donate! A properly managed Marine Park with scuba and snorkel moorings, guided and labelled snorkel trails, coral farming and a ‘no anchor’ zone for foraging turtles is the plan. The Park will benefit all of Antigua economically and environmentally for generations to come as it becomes a major tourist attraction in the region. Part of the money raised by Team Antigua will also go towards assisting relief efforts in Barbuda.

Get the latest ETAs every hour as the teams under 100NM approach Antigua and come out to welcome them all! Track on the YB Races App or: https://www.taliskerwhiskyatlanticchallenge.com

Background: Team Antigua is one of the 28 teams taking part in the 2017 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge: “The World’s Toughest Row” – a 3,000 mile ocean rowing race from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua. https://www.taliskerwhiskyatlanticchallenge.com.

Bumper stickers available at Northcoast Hardware, Woods Pharmacy, and Sea Island Trading on Friar's Hill Road.
