Monday 24th May 2021.
Pentecost is a major Christian observance in Antigua and Barbuda that takes place on the fiftieth day of Easter – 49 days after Easter Sunday.
It's also known as Whit Sunday, and is celebrated with a Whit Monday public holiday each year.
Usually family & friends would get together and enjoy a picnic or BBQ on the beach. However, this year due to COVID-19, beaches will be closed and public gathering is limited to no more than 5 persons.
