DAY 1: INTERNATIONAL PAIRS WORLD FINALS SCORES Tuesday 2nd October 2012
It is a good start for Sir Vivian Richards and Errol Samuel, team Antigua and Barbuda as they are joint 10th with England 2 on 31 points at the end of day one of the International Pairs World Finals, in Loch Lomond, Scotland.
Richards and Samuels who played Scotland are just seven points behind the leaders, Portugal who have 38 points.
It was also a very good day for the Caribbean team of Adrian Norford of St. Kitts and Nevis and Max Raffoul of Dominica who played South Africa 1 and are presently seventh (7), with 34 points, three points ahead of Samuels and Richards.
Samuels and Richards will play Chile (8th) and Norford and Raffoul will face Scotland joint 8th place with 33 points.
It promises to be a close finish as the 20 teams vie for top spot at this year’s International Pairs World Finals, which ends on October 3; updated scores available at www.golffrontiers.com
