Fans will have an opportunity to watch live action of the 2010 INET International Pairs to be held on September 11 at the Cedar Valley Golf Course.

And according to the event’s Director and CEO of Golf Experience Caribbean this is just one of the ways the local media has embraced this event: “Although Golf is a growing sport, it has not always received the support it needs to make it as popular locally as football, basketball and cricket. However, when one of our Media partners, ABS TV broadcasted three hours live of the 2009 INET International Pairs tournament, we gained more fans and we are very happy to announce that ABS TV will once again show the event live.”

Joseph explains that although they are golf novices they have a deep appreciation for the game: “It has been a very interesting experience and a lot of fun, especially when we had to take pictures during last year’s event. It gave us a better appreciation for the sport.”
 
When the golfers step out on the greens their every move will be captured by the local media and be shown beyond the shores of Antigua and Barbuda.
The winners will receive the main prize of representing Antigua and Barbuda at the International Pairs World Final to be held October 6 – 8 at Loch Lomond, Scotland.
