READERS REWARDED AS CUSHION CLUB RESUMESThursday 8th October 2015

The Cushion Club is back in session and its first meet-up of the new season attracted a couple of special guests – Summer Reading Challenge winners, Kevin McCalmon, a student of the Five Islands Primary School, and Princess Margaret School student Shadae Williams. McCalmon won the overall Challenge and Williams won the Musical Youth Challenge – in which she was required to read and review the book Musical Youth. Both collected their prizes during the first Cushion Club meeting of the new season, October 3rd at the regular meeting spot, the University of the West Indies Open Campus, at the regular meeting time between 10:30 am. and 12 pm.
