MEMBERSHIP DRIVE Wednesday 28th October 2009
The International Women’s Club of Antigua and Barbuda is conducting the 2010 membership drive which is open to all women of any nationality. The purpose of the Club is sociability and service to Antigua and Barbuda. We meet once a month, usually on the first Tuesday at 11:00 AM, at various venues. A program will be presented and an optional lunch follows. We have fund-raisers throughout the year to gather monies to support our scholarship program for Antiguan women. This year, there were 10 recipients awarded scholarships for tertiary education. We also pack and distribute 200 Christmas Hampers to the needy and elderly in their homes.
