ABMA AGM TO BE REPLACED BY GENERAL MEETING
Monday 20th June 2016

Dear Members,

The General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd at 6:00 pm at the Events Centre, Antigua Yacht Club.

It’s come to our attention that there was an oversight in our calling the meeting correctly in accordance with the new by-laws and as we are trying to take the organisation to the next level and ensure that everything is done properly and according to the by-laws, we are postponing the AGM which was planned to take place on Wednesday evening.

We do however still wish to host a General Meeting to take place at 6:00 pm. There are some important issues to update members on and gain feedback:

  • Small Craft Legislation
  • End of Season Shipping
  • National Parks Update
  • Customs and Immigration Meeting Feedback

We will also chair a general discussion around the successes and challenges of the season just gone and would like input from you as members on what issues you  would like prioritising by the ABMA on your behalf as we work towards the next season.

Kind regards,

ABMA Secretariat
