Palm Point is an exceptional, brand new, exquisite and luxurious beachfront villa with spacious open plan living areas. The entrance porch leads into the vast central hub of the villa with its beautiful vaulted ceiling. From here the white ceramic Italian tiles extend out onto the white sandy beach to the North West and the pool area to the South West. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi have both been built into the stone paving. These areas benefit from sizeable covered terraces giving opportunity to either dine by the pool and watch the boats come in or entertain on the beach.

This stunning 10,000 sqft villa has vaulted ceilings throughout and has two spacious open plan lounge areas overlooking the pool and the beach. There is also a separate living room providing cable TV and internet needs, whilst the fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances is extremely well equipped to cater for generous parties and events. Palm Point has a total of six luxury en-suite bedrooms, each benefitting from the fabulous, spacious design found throughout the villa, with their own walk in wardrobe. All of the en-suite bathrooms have walk in showers and imported fixtures and fittings from Italy, this really is one of the most beautiful villas available in Antigua.
