Min­i­mum of 2 weeks rental over Christ­mas, New Year and Easter.

The boat is avail­able for char­ter at a rate of US$500 for a half day and US$800 for a full day with captain.

Nested on a 3-​acres penin­sula, Palm Estate is a very pri­vate prop­erty which com­prises of 3 Caribbean-​style cot­tages. In total there are 3 bed­rooms and 4 bath­room as well as one room that can be used as a study or a small 4th bedroom.

One of the main fea­ture of the prop­erty is its close to 700 feet of water front (prob­a­bly the longest water front pri­vate prop­erty on the island). The villa also has its own pri­vate beach (no pub­lic access).

The lower cot­tage is the en-​suite mas­ter bed­room with large TV room and desk area. A path­way sur­rounded by plants and flow­ers leads to the mid­dle cot­tage where the kitchen and liv­ing room are. There is a large patio ideal for alfresco meals.

Fol­low the next path­way to the third cot­tage. There is an out­side bath­room with shower and 2 en-​suite bedrooms.

The out­side cook­ing area offers dif­fer­ent options for out­door cook­ing, from reg­u­lar BBQ, to large pizza (brick) oven and smoker.

Another path­way leads to the back area where a 3 car garage (includ­ing a car lift) sits.

There are 2 large park­ing areas.

The villa has auto­matic back-​up gen­er­a­tor and a large cis­tern. The villa has 20 solar pan­els which gen­er­ates enough power for the villa.

Numer­ous palm and coconut trees sur­round the villa mak­ing it very private.

3 min­utes boat ride from Green Island and its beau­ti­ful beaches, includ­ing the one known as Gar­den of Eden.

Rental includes reg­u­lar maid ser­vice, Wifi inter­net, cable TV in all bed­rooms, inter­na­tional phone line, printer, and gym equip­ment includ­ing a treadmill.
