The villa itself is 2000 sq. ft. with a pool of 15 ft. by 28 ft. and a deck­ing that sur­rounds the pool area mea­sur­ing 800 sq. ft. There are 4-bed­rooms with 3 en-​suite bath­rooms and one shared toi­let. The kitchen is dark wood with all mod­ern appli­ances includ­ing oven/​hob, microwave, dish­washer and a large double fridge com­plete with fil­ter water and ice maker.
