SHEER ROCKS EXPANDS MENUWednesday 12th March 2014
Sheer Rocks Restaurant, Bar and Lounge, known for its tapas, excellent fusion cuisine and spectacular location, has expanded its options by adding a 5-course tasting menu.
The new menu features Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare, Pan Roasted Mahi Mahi, Seared King Scallops & Sticky Pork Belly, and Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs, finished off with a Bitter Chocolate Souffle. The basic prix fixe menu is EC$265, and EC$395 with wine pairings.
The new menu as well as their regular ala carte dinner selections will be available from 6 pm every day except Tuesday and Sunday.
