Tropical Garden Cottage is an affordable fully self-contained apartment, located on Jonas Road, All Saints which is almost in the center of the island in a village community with friendly neighbors and villagers. The property has some fruits trees such as, mango, banana, soursop, sugar apple, golden apple, coconut, lemon, lime, orange, and West Indian cherry. There is also some herbs and vegetables. You can freely partake of any of the fruits and vegetables, once they are in season and are available.
We are located near one of the main highways through that part of the island and is a 5 minutes walk from a fresh vegetable and fruit market, 15 minutes walk to a small neighborhood supermarket, 15 minutes drive into the city of St. John’s, and 20 minutes drive from V.C. Bird International airport and also to some beaches, historic and tourist sites like Betty’s Hope, Devil’s Bridge, Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Heights in English Harbour. We also have a Toyota Vitz car for rent at a discounted rate.
Amenities
Bedroom with window screens and blackout curtains, air conditioned, queen size bed, dresser, iron with ironing board, clothes closet with security box for you to secure your valuables. There is a door from the bedroom to the patio and courtyard with a hammock. Smart TV with Wi-Fi and Amazon Fire Stick with many options for movies, sports and other entertainment. There also a small stereo. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are provided.
Bathroom has all the standard amenities plus wall mounted electrical hair dryer and medicine cabinet with First aid kit and other essential items.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and full range of cutleries, cooking pots and baking pans.
There is a backup generator on-site and while not in the apartment, a washer/dryer, and gym are available for your use.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of US$50
Price quoted for standard occupancy for 2 persons
All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due at least 2 weeks before check-in
A cash security deposit of US$200 is required at check in.
Cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date for return of the deposit
Rates
High Season (December 1-April 30): US$100 per night
Low Season (May 1-November 30): US$75 per night
Discount: 10% for stays for 7 -15 nights & 20% for 20 nights or more.
*Rates are subject to a 14% Government Tax effective January 01, 2021.
