1) How long have you been in the industry?
The entire Antigua team has been involved in business development within the private and public sectors for many years across multiple sectors of the Antigua Market place. We are proud to add real estate to our portfolio of business ventures having obtained the One Caribbean Estates franchise in affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, which comes with a wealth of experience across a wide range of real estate services and an unrivaled worldwide network in the luxury real estate space.
2) What is the current state of the real estate market in Antigua and the Caribbean?
Antigua is uniquely positioned given the demand for luxury real estate which has attracted a substantial level of interest from HNW and UHNW individuals as well as property developers and five star hotel brands. This compliments the timing of our launch of One Caribbean Estates Christies International Antigua and we are well positioned to deliver a professional level of service to foreign investors and redefine the luxury real estate market in Antigua.
The government has been working to attract foreign investment through tourism and real estate development which will further promote the Antigua lifestyle. Given the momentum of which One Caribbean Estates Antigua has garnered under the directorship of Craig Ryan and Justin White, we expect our company to be a strong driver for future foregin direct investment and economic growth in the Antiguan market.
