Renters & leasers must govern the laws of Antigua & Barbuda when renting from Stay Golden Car Rental by not driving in a reckless or negligent manner. Nor consuming alcohol while managing any vehicle.
Vehicles are to be returned as given or better along with the refueling of the tank as indicated on the rental agreement. Renter must return the vehicle in a timely fashion as agreed upon inception; less the renter should incur a late fee charge.
