Jabberwock Ocean Village offers 1, 2 or 3 bedroom fully furnished independent housing in a residential complex. It is a short walk to the AUA campus and across from Jabberwock Beach. There is a restaurant and a small store adjacent to the complex. St. John’s with its major shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, etc., is ten minutes drive, the international airport is five minutes by car.

All units are furnished to include a microwave, propane gas stove, glassware, cutlery, saucepans and tableware, washing machine and dryer, flat screen TV with approximately 70 cable channels in the living room. The bedrooms are comfortable and a good size; queen size beds in all units. All units are air-conditioned. Internet connection is available in all units.

The one bedroom unit has an open plan living dining kitchen area and a small patio, bedroom and ensuite bathroom with closet, queen size bed, night stand, mirrored chest of drawers and study desk.

The two bedroom unit has an open plan living dining kitchen area and a small patio, two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom.

The complex has a back-up generator and a reserve water system in case of any government outages. There is a strict non-smoking policy inside the apartments/villas. No pets are allowed on the property. A security guard is on duty from 6pm-6am every night; the complex is patrolled periodically.

Rent per person is US$860/EC$2,295 per month plus utilities. A single one bedroom apartment is US$860/EC$2,295, a two bedroom apartment is US$1,300/EC$3,475 and a three bedroom villa is US$1,685/EC$5,000. Rent includes security, internet, cable and a once weekly cleaning service.  A security deposit of one month's rent is required on the signing of the lease.
