"CARNIVAL IN LIVING COLOUR" PHOTO COMPETITION Tuesday 31st July 2012
Through 55 years of carnival we can all attest to seeing some out of the ordinary things. The revelers and troupes in their finery, the bands on their trucks are louder and livelier, the competition is as fierce and each year gets better and better. We are inviting you to capture the individuality of Antigua Carnival this month.
We are looking for photographs that show carnival from a different angle: the fun, quirky, strange or beautiful side of the festival. Show us something new and different. We want to see images that capture the mood, excitement and colour of the 11-day celebration.
So start sending your photos straight away! Once you send us your photo, invite all your friends to “Like” AntiguaNice and then vote for your photo.
Competition rules:
2) Include your name and carnival event in this email
3) Only three entries per participant are allowed
4) Antiguanice reserves the right to refuse an entry if it is deemed inappropriate
5) Photos will be uploaded by AntiguaNice to the competition Facebook album. 6) The two photos with the most “Likes” on August 29th at midday will be declared the winners.
7) Winners will be announced on our August 30th What’s On e-newsletter and later contacted by return email
