WINGS ATHLETES INVITED TO OHIO TRACK MEET Monday 12th August 2013
Wings Track & Field athletes have been presented with another invitation to participate in a Track & Field Meet which will be scheduled in May 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio.
The invitation has come from a former Peace Corp teacher, Joe Topoly. Topoly did a stint in Antigua/Barbuda in the late 1990’s.
The Wings Track & Field team had visited Ohio, in 2002 for the Ranger Relays at the invitation of Topoly.
Although, the exact dates have not yet been released, according to Topoly, he is sure that a number of coaches and scouts will attend the meet.
