GILLIAN BRAZIER SHOOT-OUT TO BENEFIT FROM FUTURE STARS SCOUTING
Monday 29th April 2013

Although only three (3) overseas teams have to date, confirmed their participation for the 13th Annual Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out, the participating teams are expected to benefit from the presence of scouts from America Junior Colleges.

The expected teams are: the Sultan Pros-pects of Missisauga, Canada, former GB Champs, Chase Collegiate of Connecticut and Martinique. At least three local teams will make up the fixtures.

According to Acting Director of Sports, Evans (jawaki) Jones and Schools Basketball Coordinator, Carl Knight, this may be the ideal opportunity for the coaches to scout talented girls interested in a college education.
