The Antigua & Barbuda Business League Basketball team left Antigua on Thursday morning, January 19, to participate in an Invitational Tournament called the Nature Isle Classic, in Ports Mouth, Dominica.

The Business League All Star team included managers and ABBA officials, Arlene Josiah, Mandy Weatherhead and basketball timer & comedian-showman, Franklyn Corbett, better known as Spider Man., and who has also cleanned up the venue during the Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot -Out.

Amidst an appreciative and rammed packed crowd, the men represented Antigua/ Barbuda in real business like fashion in sweeping away their 3 game tournament. In the first encounter, on Thursday night, the Antiguan All Stars slammed a 88—66 victory over Dragon Stout Grand Bay Pros.

For the Antigua Business men, it was Coy Quinland who stole the show with 20 points including several dunks that sent the crowd wild, and Brian ‘Hollywood’ Matthew with 17pts. For the Pros, Shamal Tonge and Yanick Regis shot 14 pts each.
