ANTIGUA & BARBUDA TENNIS ASSOCIATION

After a long week of play, team Antigua did have some positive results.

 

The girls U14 doubles finals was won by the duo of D'Jeri Raymond & Dajohnique Delancey (Trinidad) over the all bajan team of Kayla Frost & Jamie Lewis 6-4, 6-4.

 

Cordell Williams jr loss in his U12 singles finals to Jean Phillip Murray 5-3, 0-4, 0-4

 

Raymond also won the Girls U14 singles title over Taylor McHarg of Bermuda 6-4, 6-2

 

Team Antigua will be on the road again soon to St. Vincent and the Grenadines where D'Jeri Raymond will play in her 1st U18 competition.  Also competing in the competition will be U18 competitor Shakir Elvin, U14 competitors Cordell Williams Jr, Jevannie Ambrose and Noah Peters.

 

We congratulate Cordell Williams for reaching the main draw of the U14 competition  on his first try.

We congratulate D'Jeri Raymond for winning her second U14 singles title and her 4th Doubles title.

 

As our players move from tournament to tournament we wish them the very best in their endeavours.
