Situated in South Finger, Jolly Harbour, the villa is a three-minute walk to the beautiful Jolly Beach. Its also very close to the supermarket, bars, and restaurants, and is well maintained and has stylish furnishings and modern amenities to ensure complete convenience.
As you enter the villa, you will be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen with bright, clean cabinets and modern appliances, including a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and electric oven with hob.
A half bath and washing machine are also available on this floor. Moving further in, you will find a dining table with four wooden chairs, colourful wall art, and a light L-shaped sofa with accent pillows. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep you comfortable indoors. Large sliding glass doors lead to your private, covered waterfront terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining area for four.
Since the villa faces east, you can enjoy cool breezes and morning sunshine until around 3 pm. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and parking is available in the driveway.
As you ascend to the upper floor, you will find two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private balcony. The master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed with a waterfront view, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a street view.
Adequate storage and closet space, mirrors, and a chest of drawers provide added convenience. The bathrooms have been beautifully redone in shades of grey and white, and fitted with a sink, lighted mirror, and shower with a handheld showerhead. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, linen, and towels are also provided.
