The home has a foot print of 26’ by 76 feet on each level with large verandahs. Nestled between the living area upstairs and the bedrooms and office down is an infinity pool with large sun-deck and a water fall feature.
You enter the property through a cobble stoned drive way on the upside of the hill. The landscaping and beautiful tropical plants add to the warm welcome of the generous entry door and horizontal jalousie wooden windows.
The first level is all for living with the 8 seat Italian made marble dining table and sitting area inviting you to enjoy the magnificent view. This area is serviced by the kitchen through a recess counter. The generous well equipped kitchen with center granite topped island is equipped with top of the line appliances by GE Monogram. These include Wine Cooler, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Trash Compactor, Plate Warmer, Propane 4 burner stove top and electric stove.
The Living / family room, adjacent to the kitchen, has comfortable furniture allowing relaxation. It has video, a music entertainment from a High Definition 42’ Television and a full Bose Music system.
All floors are Italian Travertine Marble which is used throughout the interior. The exterior and verandah tiles are cut coral from the Dominican Republic.
The lower level has a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The Guest bedroom closer to the pool is equipped with a double bed and has full en-suite and clothes closets. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The office is between these two bedrooms. The laundry room with washer and dryer is adjacent to the office.
Water and telephone services are available from APUA. Karib Cable and APUA iNet services are installed. The home is wired for 110 volts with 220 volts used for some appliances. There is a large 500 gallon Propane Tank servicing the 7.5 KW back-up generator and the 4 burner cooker. There are two cisterns. The main one catches water from the roof and stores 15,000 gallons. The second cistern is used to store the mains water and is used to top up the pool or for watering the gardens. Each cistern has its own pressure pump system for distributing water.
The house is located in a very unique position and enjoys breezes that wrap around the hill providing constant cooling.
The monthly rental rate is EXCLUSIVE of utilities with the exception of pool maintenance and yard service which are included.
