This wonderful vacation home sits on beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the 1st green of the adjacent 18 hole Jolly Harbour parkland golf course. The main entrance is approached from the off-street parking and gives onto the central split-level living area. The villa is designed around the concept of indoor/outdoor living with louvred doors and Bahamas shutters opening out to bring the outdoors in. The open plan living area comprises outdoor covered dining and relaxation space beside a 23ft x 10 ft swimming pool and lounge area. A spiral staircase rises to the gallery above which provides additional guest accommodation. There is a beautifully appointed, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar.   

An archway and corridor lead through to the double guest bedroom equipped with two single beds and a guest bathroom.  This bedroom has a spacious fitted closet and a well-appointed shower room adjacent.

The next-door master suite has a spacious walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Both the guest and master bedrooms have large double louvred doors opening out onto the pool deck.

The outdoor covered dining area, lounging and pool deck make for great entertaining or simply relaxing poolside. There is a convenient outside shower and half bathroom and a recently added third bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed.

This modern attractive home is beautifully appointed and fitted and stylishly tiled throughout. The wooden louvred doors and windows open out to the stylish patio and pool deck. All rooms are cooled with ceiling fans and benefit as well from the ever-present trade wind breezes and are fully air conditioned.   At the front of the villa is off street parking.  The villa is serviced with both, 110v and 220v electricity, and a back-up generator for electricity is provided by Jolly Harbour. The villa is connected to cable tv and internet service.

Jolly Harbour is a secure and private gated community, offering a wide range of facilities for a great vacation. The amenities include a popular 18-hole golf course, full selection of water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Community residents enjoy an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a comprehensive supermarket, and onsite banking facilities. Casa del Arco is within a 7- or 8-minute walk to the fabulous sparkling white sand North beach.
