An imposing arched double entrance door opens into the open concept central living area where kitchen, dining and lounge flow seamlessly together to make a fabulous entertaining space. Attractive, high quality, hard wood floors and white painted high ceilings are featured throughout the main house. The breathtaking panoramic view from the main central area is enhanced by the minimalist concept to the landscaping with the colorful views of the azure bay below.
The contemporary styled kitchen features light colored marble countertops, all stainless steel appliances and an induction cooktop. There is a central island and breakfast bar, lots of cupboard and drawer space and a walk-in Larder. The dining area can easily accommodate a table of 12 or more and there is an open plan lounge adjacent, a super space for relaxing.
Sets of double doors open onto the courtyard and pool area to one side and to the gardens and bocce court (Antigua’s only) and to the sea view on the opposite side.
The main house bedroom suites are located on either side of the central area. The master suite is accessed through a corridor which houses an office nook equipped with writing desk and chair. The spacious master bedroom includes a generous seating area to take in the view and with a walk in closet and a bathroom leading off. The marble topped vanity houses double counter top sinks. The bathroom features a walk in double shower with stone floor balanced with wood effect tiled floors. On the opposing side of the main house is the second bedroom suite. Guests will delight in the ocean views, a relaxing seating area, covered balcony, large walk in closet, and similar finishes to the master suite.
Villa Sunrise also offers a fully equipped, air conditioned fitness room with mirrored wall and views towards the ocean.
Nonsuch Bay offers an outstanding sailing program. The resort provides first class equipment and instruction for all ages and abilities. The conditions at Nonsuch Bay are outstanding for small boat sailing. The two square miles of enclosed waters are protected from the open sea by a barrier reef and the bay faces the consistent and trade winds. The sailing equipment is well maintained by a qualified group of instructors.
