Located on Pelican Point within Turtle Bay on Antigua’s south coast with stunning views east to Falmouth and English Harbour, to the west to scenic Rendezvous Bay, and south to the nearby island of Montserrat. Moon House is a stunning, luxurious and exclusive Caribbean-style villa in which to spend a perfect vacation.
An impressive entrance driveway leads to a spacious parking area where entry steps lead one up to the front of the villa, swimming pool deck and lush tropical gardens. The swimming pool and sun deck is one of the main focal points of the house, complete with a covered dining verandah and loungers, BBQ grill and Antigua’s only private Pétanque (Boules) court. Guests also have access to a recently completed floodlit tennis court.
The split-level central living area is a great entertaining space with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar, lounging spaces and indoor dining. Louvred doors open onto a spacious covered patio with outside lounging and dining and expansive views over Falmouth Harbour and onward to English Harbour.
The villa is designed in a typical Caribbean-styled floor plan, with three large king-bedded bedrooms, all with ensuite showers located off the central living space. The master bedroom is to one side and the second and third bedrooms opposite to the other side. These bedrooms also a baths with showers. There is a bathroom that serves as the house cloakroom and as the bathroom for the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower floor and accessed from the outside of the house.
Moon House comes fully equipped for a rental vacation with everything you will need to enjoy your stay to the maximum. There is internet, tv and all bedrooms are cooled by ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Housekeeping twice weekly is included in the rental rate and a personal Chef can be provided at an extra charge.
We would suggest that to fully appreciate the area around Falmouth and English Harbour and the island of Antigua, that you hire a car rental for some, or all of your vacation.
