A luxurious furnished two bedroom and two bath villa located at Nonsuch Bay Resort on the east coast of the island. The resort is one of Antigua’s newest hotel and residential developments.

Villa features a well designed, open floor plan and is ideally positioned. This end unit is on the ground floor of the complex with an L-shaped veranda allowing both sea view bedrooms and the living area direct access to the covered balcony. From the veranda, overlooking the pool, there is a picturesque view of the lush gardens and of the resort itself and the Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment has high vaulted ceilings with a central ac unit and ceiling fans. The master suite is a good size with a large four poster bed. The en-suite has a double vanity, a Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower and toilet.  The second bedroom has two single beds and a second bathroom with a large walk in shower and toilet.The main living space is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and stainless appliances.

There is a fully furnished dining and lounge area. The verandah is spacious and has outside dining and loungers for relaxation. Built in the Caribbean Style of the Georgian Colonial period, all resort buildings are designed with high pitched attractive shingled roofs. The interiors feature high ceilings and French windows, encouraging natural ventilation from the constant cooling northeasterly trade winds.

Three infinity swimming pools, one offering dramatic views over the bay offer privacy and refreshing dips. The resort provides in-room spa treatments and a range of wellness treatments. The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the club house with views over the bay and the activities at the beach.The resort provides first class equipment and instruction for all ages and abilities. The spacious apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 adults in two bedrooms.
