Villa Alize boasts a private gated entry, wonderful sweeping drive way entry, ocean views, private swimming pool, numerous lounging areas and terraces for entertaining and relaxing, landscaped gardens, extensive walking paths, and a sun deck balcony tower. Attractive large imported French iron gates plus solid stone walls that took three years to build, are among the numerous quality touches that have gone into the construction of this impressive estate home.

The large two story main house is solidly constructed of concrete including the interior tiled floors, and the roof is of imported attractive Italian terra cotta tiles. Upon entering the front doors one is met with attractive rooms cooled by ceiling fans. There is also central air conditioning in some rooms designed to further ensure total comfort in Antigua’s tropical climate. The master bedroom is located to the left of the entry.
