Pelican Beach House has 3 double bedrooms and the 4th bedroom is equipped with 4 twin extra-large adult size beds in a custom made mahogany bunk arrangement. This home can therefore accommodate up to 10 persons comfortably.

The open plan kitchen is incredible and with every modern high end appliance required including double ovens, warming drawer, two dishwashers, gas cooktop, pot filler and 2 sub-zero wine fridges.  Perfect for entertaining and catering, truly a chefs dream! The kitchen also has a separate door which leads out onto the outdoor kitchen area, with an eating/prepping bar and 38″ built in BBQ, just perfect for the outdoor dining experience.

The indoor living and dining areas are open plan, there is an expandable indoor dining table to seat 8 persons and the living area is equipped with stylish, comfortable and upscale furniture.  There is a large 65” TV and the villa is also equipped with top of the range SONOS speakers in all rooms which is a great feature for guests to enjoy a variety of music choices.

Through large glass patio doors you will access the outdoor covered living area with plenty more comfortable furnishings to relax, unwind and enjoy the views.  Also an outdoor, covered, dining table to seat 8 persons along with further seating at the outdoor bar area.  There are 8 comfortable sunbeds provided around the infinity edge pool and well groomed landscaped garden, there is also use of paddle boards for guests with direct, gated easy access to the beach. Also an added advantage is the outdoor shower area which has been built for convenience.
