Antigua and Barbuda’s yachting season is making waves this October with a full calendar of events, regattas, and marine news.

Kicking things off, the Discover Yachting & Marine Expo (8–9 Oct) at the Antigua Yacht Club & Marina will showcase two days of exploration, networking, and career opportunities within the region’s dynamic marine industry.

The Antigua Yacht Club is keeping the sails high with its October Mini Dinghy Regatta (12 Oct) and preparations for the Caribbean Dinghy Championship (24–26 Oct), where Antigua aims to defend its five-year winning streak.

Looking further ahead, major international events are on the horizon — including the Antigua Charter Yacht Show (Dec 4–9), the World’s Toughest Row (Dec 12), the Budget Marine Jol Byerley Hightide Series (Dec 13–21), and the 37th Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta (Apr 15–20, 2026).

Meanwhile, local initiatives like Adopt a Coastline’s youth training program and the National Sailing Academy’s classes are empowering the next generation of sailors and environmental leaders.

With world-class marinas at Jolly Harbour, Falmouth Harbour, and English Harbour, Antigua remains the beating heart of Caribbean yachting — a place where innovation, sport, and island spirit meet on the open water.
