Press Release – Dredging of the St. John’s Harbour
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda through the Public Works Department in conjunction with the St. John’s Development Cooperation will be dredging the harbor. As part of the DCA planning permission process, the Environment Division will be conducting a consultation for the people of the Grays Farm area and the fishermen at the Market Street Wharf on Monday 17th February 2014 at the Multipurpose Center.
Interested persons are asked to come to the Multipurpose Cultural Center from 6:30pm to 8pm to discuss the plans being presented and answer any questions the community may have. The Parliamentary Representative for the Grays Farms area, Hon. Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer, will be in attendance.
