Moorings laid in the vicinity of islands surrounding Antigua including Green Island and Bird Island are currently in need of maintenance.  Yachtsmen are therefore advised to exercise caution when tying to the moorings and to check them carefully before relying on them.  The moorings are provided for convenience but there is no restriction on anchoring in those areas.
