Caribbean Boating/Newport Sailor reported on January 16 on a welcome surprise this spring for foreign crews heading to New England from the Caribbean via Bermuda.

Crew members planning to arrive in Bermuda this sping from the Caribbean aboard yachts heading to New English can now start the application process for an Out of District US  Visa while still down in the islands.  Before departing northward, crews in say, Antigua, can start the process.
