EXTENSION OF STAY APPLICATIONS AT SEAPORT UNITS

Members of the Yachting and Cruising community will now be able to process Extension of Stay Applications at our Seaport Units with the Immigration Antigua and Barbuda.

CATEGORIES
This Service is only available to passengers and crew members who are attached to arriving yachts, cruisers, or mega yachts.
Definition of categories:
• Cruiser: A vessel that is less than 18 meters in length and is crewed by its owner.
• Mega Yacht: A sailing vessel that is operated by a professional sailing crew.
• Yachties: Any person who is manifested as crew or passenger on a cruiser/Mega Yacht.
• Members of the Yachting and Cruising community.
Any false or misleading documentation and or information will result in denial of extension and possible prosecution under the Antigua Barbuda Immigration and Passport Act 2014

PROCEDURE
• All Yachties and Cruisers will be processed for an extension of stay at the Seaport Units. (Initially starting at Nelson’s Dockyard until all seaports are fully operational)
• Appointments for an Extension of Stay are required to be booked prior to the expiration of an entry stamp and/or previous extension of stay.
• Applicants are required to call 463-9410 or email neigel.emanuel@ab.gov.ag  or ndr26@outlook.com
• Applicants are required to present themselves on the day of the appointment to be processed by an Immigration Officer.
Any false or misleading documentation and or information will result in denial of extension and possible prosecution under the Antigua Barbuda Immigration and Passport Act 2014

COST
• Caricom: 1 -90 days ECD $150.00 or USD $57.00 (Cash only)
• Non-Caricom: 1 – 90 ECD $300.00 or USD $115.00 (Cash only)

(Please note) *All monies paid must be in exact amount *

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AN EXTENSION OF STAY
• Extension Form (Available at the Seaport or electronically from the Antigua & Barbuda Marina Association or by email request from neigel.emanuel@ab.gov.ag  
• Boat Registration
• Inbound Clearance
• A copy of Bio Page of Passport (Printing services available at Seaport Units)
• Letter from Marina’ if on dry dock and ticket if departing by air
• Cruising permit
• Medical Certificate
