35TH AMERICA'S CUP QUALIFIERS START MAY 27 Friday 26th May 2017
Originally scheduled for May 26th, the Opening Day of the 35th America's Cup has been postponed to May 27th, due to high winds and resulting concern for sailors and spectators. The sailing action gets under way on Saturday with Round Robin 1, starting at 2:00 pm, with the first race seeing defenders Oracle Team USA vs Groupama Team France. Qualifiers, Semi-Finals, and Finals run through to June 11th, or 12th if necessary, and the big show, the America's Cup Match presented by Louis Vuitton starts on June 17th.
