PARTICIPATION INCREASES FOR CCC Monday 17th September 2012
The number of countries to participate in the 2012 Caribbean Cycling Championships has grown steadily, from sixteen at the start of the month to over twenty-one countries.
Recently joining the list of Caribbean countries to compete in the biggest cycling event in Antigua are: St. Croix, French Guyana, Grenada, Bahamas and French St. Martin.

The 21 countries that have confirmed their participation in the 2012 Caribbean Cycling Championships are as follows:
- St. Kitts & Nevis,
- St. Vincent & Grenadines,
- Martinique,
- Barbados,
- Bermuda,
- Guyana,
- British Virgin Islands,
- St. Lucia,
- Jamaica,
- Curacao,
- Guadeloupe,
- Anguilla,
- Trinidad & Tobago,
- Belize,
- Suriname,
- St. Croix,
- French Guyana,
- Grenada,
- Bahamas,
- French St. Martin,
- and Puerto Rico
Seven of the confirmed countries have also indicated the number of cyclists participating, and this brings the total number of cyclists to forty two (42). Broken down this figure represents thirty five males and seven females and also includes the local cyclists.
