IMPROVED COMMUNICATION SERVICE FOR SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL ENTITIES Monday 11th October 2010
We are pleased to advise that effective October 11, 2010, our Department of Sports will be enhancing the communication service it offers to our major stakeholders collectively referred to as the sports and recreational entities, to include clubs and associations. To facilitate this process, we have set up a dedicated email service for this purpose. Please add the following email to your address book:infosportsab@gmail.com
This email service will receive the special attention of one of our senior officers in projects, Mrs. Debbie Collins.
Please feel free to communicate your notices and or queries to Mrs. Collins via this email address for dissemination and or responses. We will be providing telephone contact information shortly for your convenience.
We are aware that old habits die hard, so I expect that many of you will still send me information and queries for a little while longer. That's no problem at all. I will be happy to forward them to Debbie until you get the process sorted out. Debbie and I will be working together with other officers in the Department to assist you and our other stakeholders. She is also excited about meeting and working with all of you.
For those of you who have been trying to find me in office, please note that I have been on vacation since September 1 and will be returning on October 18, 2010. I have however kept my email service open for discussions with you so you may not have noticed. It is my pleasure to help.
