The 11th Annual Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out has been rescheduled from November 14 –21, to November 23—29, 2010.
According to the CPTSA, this rescheduling of the Event over the Thanks-Giving weekend, is to give an opportunity for the Defending Champions, Chase Collegiate, of Waterbury, Con-necticut to defend their title.
Because of school commitment, the chances of Chase or any USA team, for that matter, participating in the Gillian Brazier Basketball Shoot-Out have been slim.
Other overseas teams which have so far indicated their interest in partici-pating are Mexico, Guyana, St. Kitts, St. Lucia and Anguilla.
Anguilla’s female team will be coached by veteran coach Elisha Armstrong who is now working in that country.
