ABHTI OFFERS ENTERTAINING IN STYLE COURSE Monday 10th November 2014
Let the Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute teach you techniques and recipes for preparing dazzling holiday dishes and cocktails which will WOW your guests at any party.
Our tutors are all accomplished chefs and food & beverage professionals who enjoy the opportunity to share their skills and insights. During the 4-week course you will cover the following:
- Festive beverages
- Festive desserts
- Turkey deboning
- Traditional ham preparation and decoration
- Dinner area holiday themed set up
- Hors d’oeuvres
- Knife skills
- Napkin folds
- Glassware
- Centerpiece design
