PLENARY SESSION AND MASTER CLASS SERIES

On Wednesday, May 11th, Ms. Nicole Antonio-Gadson, will join the Plenary Session presentation and discussion on driving leadership and organizational excellence as part of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation’s 8th Tourism Human Resources Conference, being held in Antigua from May 11 – May 13.
 
Founder of Aquarius Human Resources Consulting Ltd., Nicole has lead the HR function in hotels such as Jumby Bay – A Rosewood Resort, Carlisle Bay and Viceroy Anguilla.  She has refined how to develop strategies that make operational sense and deliver brand-led HR to support business goals.  Nicole will bring her expertise as an HR Consultant to the Conference, and help your organization by providing necessary how-to insights and pitfalls to avoid.

Master Class Series

An exciting Master Class series will be part of the CTO Tourism Human Resources Conference. The Master Classes are intensive one-day morning sessions that  focus in on the Conference Theme: Making Excellence a Habit: Service, Loyalty and Profitability in Caribbean Tourism.

The master class sessions can be booked individually, making this option perfect for the busy professional.   

Master Class 1 takes place on Thursday, May 12 from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and offers a fantastic opportunity to network and share ideas.  

Learn the formula for business success, and why continuous improvements to your products and services are necessary for maintaining service excellence directly from Mr. John Burchell, Director, Hospitality Assured, United Kingdom.
