ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA SUMMER GOLD - UK SUMMER PROMOTION PLAN Friday 26th February 2010
The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority’s UK Office would like to extend to all Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Partners, the opportunity to have their summer offers included as part of our Antigua and Barbuda Summer Gold UK Promotion targeting persons travelling from June 1 – September 30 2010.
All participating businesses will have their offers (discounts on products, services or value added offers) included in the Summer Gold voucher booklets. Major UK tour operators will be asked to distribute one gold booklet for each Antigua and Barbuda booking made. Summer Gold Voucher booklets will also be available when requests are received from the Antigua and Barbuda UK Office, from persons travelling to Antigua and Barbuda from the UK during the period.
The summer promotion will be promoted via tour operators and on www.visitantiguabarbuda.co.uk prior to and during the period of June 1 – September 30, 2010, providing tourism partners with excellent exposure. Your offer may also be promoted on the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority’s facebook and twitter pages as well as other websites associated with our partners and tour operators.
While the Antigua and Barbuda Summer Gold promotion will run for the period June 1 – September 31 2010 your offer can extend pass this time, allowing holders of your voucher to use their discount based on your terms and conditions. This will provide you with the opportunity to further grow your business.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please email your offer to maria.blackman@aandbtourism.com using the format below. Please also include one high resolution jpeg image to be used with your offer. The image must reflect the high quality of the product that you are offering.
All interested parties must submit the offer form with one high resolution image to maria.blackman@aandbtourism.com by Wednesday March 10, 2010. Offers can also be faxed to 00 1 44 0207 031 8170.
