40TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE FESTIVAL OF CHOIRS

Tuesday 26th October, 2021 (St. John’s, Antigua) - On Monday 25th October, the Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission hosted the 40th Anniversary of Independence Festival of Choirs, which premiered on National Media, Antigua Broadcasting Station (ABS), and social media.

The event, directed under the chairmanship of Mr. Rudolph Davis, featured performances from the National Choir of Antigua and Barbuda, the Pares Secondary School Jubilee Choir, the Antigua Community Players and the Eastside Melodious Singers.

In addition to the choirs, there were also guest artistes, namely Ritchie Francis, Dr. Solo and Queen GB, who all delivered exceptional patriotic calypso renditions.
