FOOD & BEVERAGE COST CONTROL COURSE

Are you a food-based small business owner, restauranteur or a hotel worker in the food & beverage or cost control departments? Do you want to learn the intricacies of production and menu costing, purchasing and much more? Do you want to learn to use your resources well?

Then, this 3-week professional development in Food & Beverage Cost Control Course is right for you! The course will commence on September 14th, and classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 -8:30pm. The cost is EC$500 per person.
